Dream and ExecuteI've always been fascinated with broadcasting and live streaming. I have dreamt of doing a proper live broadcast with all the resources at our disposal. Yesterday, that dream came true.I have been preparing for this for the past few years, starting from simple Facebook Live streams from my mobile to using sophisticated software like OBS. I've come a long way in executing live streaming. Vikatan has always given me the space to explore these things, so I thought it was time we did a full-on live broadcast like the TV channels. What better time than the much-anticipated election results?We rented a Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro ISO Live mixer. I had already sorted out the graphics well in advance. I pitched this plan a few weeks ago. Both the Editorial and Video Leadership teams were ready to go ahead with the plan. Around 4 lakh people tuned into our live coverage, which ran nearly uninterrupted for 12 hours, making it the most viewed live stream on Vikatan TV Channel currently. We hope to top it even sooner in the future.Thanks to Murugan, Kalaiselvan, Niyas Ahmed Mohamed Iqbal, and Hassan for supporting me in this endeavor right from the start. Also, a big thanks to the content team, without whom this live broadcast would have been meaningless, and to the members of the backend team who joined me in executing this live event.Special thanks to all well-wishers who have been supporting me from the beginning. Awesome Pongal week with Kasi Viswanathan in coverage of Thunivu & Varisu Movie Fdfs from 10th January Night Till next day ends. sleepless nights, getting videos from outstation friends throughout the day.And Jallikattu coverage From 15th to 17th monitoring the jallikattu throughout the day, Tracking the leading player and doing video package, picking inserting moments videos.
