Singapore, get ready to go coco-nuts.

The popular cocobella from Australia has opened its very first cocobella lifebar in Singapore, right at One Holland Village – the new lifestyle hub.

cocobella is Australia’s Number 1 coconut water and coconut yoghurt brand, celebrated for its high-quality coconut-based products.

When you walk into cocobella lifebar, it feels like stepping onto an Australian beach.

There is a bright blue surfboard at the door, and the whole place is decked out in blue and white, with beige-coloured furniture.

When you walk further in, you also get a bit of that Bondi beach-vibes. It is a great spot to relax and feel like you’re on holiday.

In terms of the menu, you can expect Super Bowls, Super Smoothies, Froyo Bowls, Coco Clouds (more on this later), and other Coco refreshers.

This place is perfect for vegans, vegetarians, or anyone looking to eat more plant-based foods. Everything’s dairy-free, and they have made sure there is no compromise on flavour.

Let’s dive into cocobella lifebar’s coco-licious highlights:

Nut Butter Acai ($11 for regular, $14 for large)
The Superbowls available in regular or large sizes, are nutrient-packed bowls included with coconut froyo and topped with a variety of healthy ingredients like fresh fruits and nuts.

This is my favourite bowl of those I tried, suitable for those who enjoy a richer taste profile.

What you get is a base of plant-powered acai froyo. It was thick and flavourful, with a deep berry flavour that paired wonderfully with the creamy peanut butter.

Sliced bananas and strawberries added natural sweetness and a soft texture, contrasting nicely with the crunchy coconut granola. (The granola is available for sale by the packets as well.)

Pretty in Pink ($11 for regular, $14 for large)
This bowl is as visually appealing as it is tasty, with a base of strawberry froyo that is tangy and creamy. The mouthfeel was almost like ice cream but much, much lighter.

Topped with slices of fresh strawberry, coconut granola, pomegranate seeds, and shredded coconut, each component adds its own texture.

I liked that there is pomegranate which offers bursts of juiciness, and also shredded coconut for some fragrance.

Golden Triangle ($11 for regular, $14 for large)
For something with a ‘summer’ feel’, I was recommended the Golden Triangle – a vibrant bowl featuring mango froyo as the base.

The froyo itself is smooth and subtly sweet, offering a refreshing counterpoint to the tangy mango and passionfruit topping.

What I also enjoyed was the cacao granola with rich, chocolatey flavour and satisfyingly crunchy texture.

This bowl felt like a tropical escape in every spoonful, great for the Singapore weather.

Apple Crumble Froyo Bowl ($7 for regular, $9 for large)
The Froyo Bowls stand out as a refreshing treat, with a base of frozen yoghurt, lavishly topped with a medley of fruits, sauces, and crunchy extras.

I was most intrigued by the Apple Crumble Froyo Bowl since I liked the classic dessert.

The base of froyo is smooth with gentle vanilla flavour, balanced by the tangy apple sauce.

The real joy in this bowl comes from its textures: the creaminess of the froyo, biscoff biscuit with caramelised crunch, while the coconut crumble contributes toasty flavour.

Taro Town Froyo Bowl ($7 for regular, $9 for large)
If you love something ‘yam-my’, then you should get this. The taro froyo lends a gentle, earthy sweetness that is quite distinct.

You also get the tropical feel from the bright tang of fresh mango, while the addition of a waffle piece offers a satisfying crisp (which you can use to ‘scoop’ up the froyo too).

Amazonian Acai Smoothie ($9 for regular, $12 for large)
The freshly made smoothies combine hydrating qualities of coconut water with a mix of fruits and superfoods. Great for those on the go.

These smoothies aren’t just about taste; they are crafted to offer various health benefits, including enhancements in beauty, protein intake, and immunity.

I would recommend the Amazonian Acai Smoothie that promises a rich antioxidant boost.

The base of this smoothie is acai protein froyo, combined with coconut water, acai berry, strawberry, and banana.

A dollop of coconut yogurt and a swirl of almond butter add swirls and creamy texture to the drink.

Espresso Energy Smoothie ($9 for regular, $12 for large)
This smoothie is an intriguing mix of coffee, coconut water, banana, raw cashews, coconut cream, Medjool dates, soy protein, coconut sugar, cocoa, and a hint of BCAA for an extra energy boost.

The coffee flavour is prominent, offering a strong espresso kick. Interestingly, there are cashews which add a slight nutty undertone.

This smoothie is ideal for those mornings when you need a quick pick-me-up, also great for those looking to replenish after a workout.

Café Cloud ($7 for regular, $9 for large)
These Coco Cloud drinks are beautifully layered, combining coconut water with a luxurious topping of coco foam with coffee or tea, resulting in a visually striking concoction.

The signature Café Cloud balances robust flavours of coffee with the light, hydrating properties of coconut water.

The drink is topped with a thick layer of coco foam, which adds a creamy texture that complements the underlying sharpness of the coffee. Refreshing yet energising.

Matcha Cloud ($7 for regular, $9 for large)
The matcha provides a slight earthiness balanced by the sweetness of the coconut water.

The coco foam makes the drink not only pleasing to look at but also a joy to sip.

Additionally for children, there is also a kids’ menu featuring shakes and froyo bowls, ensuring that there are delightful options available for all ages and preferences.
