Describe challenges you faced and how you creatively approached them. #StorytellingSkills #CreativeProblemSolving2. Showcase Your Unique Skills: 🌟 Highlight skills or experiences that set you apart from other candidates. This could be a unique hobby, a certification, or a specific project you worked on that demonstrates your creativity. #UniqueSkills #StandOutCandidate3. Ask Thoughtful Questions: 🤔 Prepare questions that show your genuine interest in the company's culture, challenges, and future goals. This demonstrates your proactive thinking and can lead to insightful conversations. #CuriousMind #ProactiveThinking3. Demonstrate Adaptability: 🔄 Show how you can think outside the box and adapt to different situations. Discuss times when you had to quickly adjust your approach or try something new to achieve a positive outcome. #Adaptability #FlexibleThinking3. Bring in Relevant Examples: 🖼️ If appropriate, bring a portfolio of your work or examples of projects that showcase your creativity. Candidates Facing nervousness during the interview! Hesitation while speaking? well, all are normal but here's the message for all the HR.Some candidates might feel nervous which is completely fine, Speaking of myself when I was there for an interview HR Dipali Vachhani Desai made me feel comfortable I was quite nervous before entering for an interview. She asked me questions like - What are your dreams, what are your hobbies, etc… before we started an interview. So I relaxed a bit Here what I'm trying to say is that Let’s create a welcoming environment where candidates feel heard, Valued, and relaxed. Mentioning a few things below that might help.- Greet them by their name with a sweet smile- A genuine compliment also can be good.- Offer them a glass of water.- Explain the interview process and provide them clear instructions to reduce the anxiety.- Listen to them and make them feel that you’re showing genuine interest in what they’re saying.- Ask some other questions to encourage conversation.- If the interview is long allow candidates for short breaks.- Keep candidates updated about their application, Whether they get the job or not, a timely update shows respect. And remember, even small things can make a world of difference. you're not just evaluating them, you're building trust and a positive brand image. A positive candidate experience can leave a lasting impression, even if they don't get the job. Let's help them feel confident and showcase their true abilities. Let me know your thoughts. #friendinneed #HR #Recruitment #CandidateExperience #HumanTouch #InterviewTips

Interviewer ( HR): You are rejected in second round of interview you may leave now.Candidate- Could you please tell me the reason behind my rejection?Interviewer ( HR ): You need to polish your Oops concept well.Candidate- Well thanks for the feedback. The candidate prepared well on the skill where he was rejected, later on appeared for the interview in big brand company and got selected with good package.I have seen many of the HR says" You can leave now; we’ll get back to you later. Some HR professionals doesn't even bother to contact that person again, and due to lack of feedback candidate doesn't improve himself and gets rejected in many other interviews by which his career spoils.True feedback can change the life of individual.I request all the HR to share the true feedback with the candidate so that they can improve their skills. May be they will be disappointed at that time but your true words on their skill will surely take them towards the success of next interview.Do you get feedback of your interview always??From the Wall of Ma'am Misbah Shan#linkdinfamily #hrhiring #growthmindset #webdevelopment

Don't Let Your Hiring Process Be a Mistake! Here's What HR Should Avoid: The interview is a crucial step in finding the perfect fit for your team. But even the best intentions can lead to missteps. Here are some common HR interview mistakes to be aware of:Blind Date with a Resume: Always read the CV before inviting a candidate!Lowball Offer: Respect a candidate's experience. An unrealistic offer wastes everyone's time.Predetermined Pick: Keep an open mind! Interviews are for evaluation, not confirmation.Ghosting Candidates: Communication is key! Let applicants know the outcome, even if it's a rejection.Off-Topic Inquiries: Stay focused! Questions should assess skills relevant to the job.Age Inquiries (It's on the CV!): Focus on qualifications, not age. It's discriminatory and irrelevant.Technical Mumbo Jumbo: Don't ask questions you don't understand. Bring in an expert if needed!Long-Distance Letdown: Be upfront about location requirements before the interview.Overqualified Out? The right person can excel, regardless of experience on paper.Broken Promises: Don't make commitments you can't keep. Build trust with potential employees. By avoiding these mistakes, you can ensure a positive interview experience for all involved and find the top talent your company needs! #HRBestPractices #RecruitmentTips #TalentAcquisition #InterviewingSkills #RespectfulWorkplace

This is a rather unrelated topic than my usual niche, but I thought I should share this.I recently heard about an HR interview experience that highlighted some important lessons for both candidates and companies. The interviewer seemed unprepared, unaware of basic role details, and relied heavily on another HR representative for answers and quoted "I am interviewing a lot of people, therefore I am not sure". Here are my key takeaways:1. Preparation is Crucial: It's important for interviewers to be well-prepared with all the relevant details about the role. As a candidate, it's disheartening when basic questions can't be answered on the spot.2. Clear Communication: Consistent and clear communication makes a huge difference. Knowing who to follow up with and when to expect answers helps candidates feel valued and informed.3. Balance in Discussion: While financial aspects are important, it's equally vital to discuss how the role aligns with the candidate's career path and aspirations. This holistic approach can make candidates feel more connected to the potential opportunity.4. Effective Follow-Up: Having a clear mechanism for follow-up questions can enhance the overall interview experience, ensuring any doubts are promptly addressed. This experience serves as a reminder that both preparation and communication are key to a positive interview experience. Improving these aspects can make a big difference in how candidates perceive the company and the role.#JobInterview #CandidateExperience
