The Northwest Regional show has proudly sponsored hundreds of youth over the last 60 years and the show is directly organized by the youth and their parents. The mission of the show and sale is to:
BUILD character, leadership, and responsibility in youth,
TEACH financial and animal husbandry concepts, and
CREATE fun and lifetime friendships through the care, fitting and showing of livestock
There will be several different events for various livestock and the schedule is as follows:

2024 EXTRAVADANCE & TUMBLE RECITAL
We are excited to announce that our 30thAnnual Extravadance & Tumble Recital, “In My Dance Era” will be held at the Winston Salem Fairgrounds Annex, 414 Deacon Blvd. This is a great venue (with plenty of room!) for our recital that marks 30 years of great dancing for ED&T.

Repticon, a recognized leader in hosting reptile and exotic animal expos throughout the United States, hosts an outstanding mixture of vendors, breeders, and educators. This family-oriented, fun-filled event offers guests the opportunity to learn about animals not normally seen in local pet stores. Breeder-vendors are always willing to teach; and, throughout the event, there will be seminars on animal-related topics by experts in the field of herpetology.
Guests can also shop for a new family pet among the hundreds of reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates, spiders, and small exotic animals. Repticon is also the perfect place for them to get merchandise, cages, supplies, and both live and frozen feeders, as well as to get expert advice about caring for their new household member. Many of our vendors allow live interactions with the pets during visits to their booth.

Join us for the Second Annual Lay N’ Low at the Fairgrounds! This is an indoor event showcasing cars from all over as well as small/local businesses! This will be in the Fairgrounds Event Center (formerly the Education Building) at the Winston Salem Fairgrounds.
This is open to anyone and everyone! Bring your family and friends! Enjoy a day with awesome builds, great vibes, food, music, raffles, and more. The doors open at 11am, Trophies/raffles start around 3pm and end at 4pm. General admission is $20 at the gate. Children under 6 are free.
We Built This, an exhibit that highlights Black builders and craftspeople in North Carolina will be on display at the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds Farmers Market on the following Saturdays: February 10, February 17, and February 24.
